After 18 months of sold out shows across South Africa, the Matt Brown Show in partnership with Entrepreneur Magazine (the most read business publication in South Africa) and the Mesh Club (South Africa’s first curated members club for Entrepreneurs) is holding a series of four learning and networking events called the “Secrets of Scale – learn how to grow and scale your business from the masters of scale”

In this Secrets of Scale event we look at the practical steps involved in scaling a business. This is where the rubber really hits the road and you’ll learn from those who have built businesses that run in the hundreds of millions of rands. You’ll discover how the masters of scale approach the executional side of scaling a business and we’ll reveal proven paths to scale for your business. You’ll also learn first hand from two Shark Tank investors (Vinny Lingham and Marnus Broodryk) and how they have approached scaling their own businesses. We’ll be exploring the ‘psychology of scale’, the mindset of a “scalepreneur” and how to overcome the personal challenges that you’ll face on your journey of scale. If you’re hungry for making a dent in the world and scaling a business and your impact on your chose market and ultimately the world, then this event is for you. We’ll also be sharing real and personal stories of those of who have made it BIG which will give you the perspective that you need to scale up your business.

Matt Brown is an entrepreneur, speaker and the host of the Matt Brown Show – a global media platform brand that has built a captive and loyal audience in over 100 countries (without spending a cent on advertising).

HOWARD SACKSTEIN, CEO - SAICOM
Howard Sackstein is a former Executive Director of the Independent Electoral Commission. He has a BA in Law and International Relations, an LLB degree and a Masters degree in Political Advocacy and International Conflict Resolution. He also studied International Conflict Resolution at Harvard University. He was Executive Director of South Africa’s Independent Electoral Commission in its transition to democracy and served there from 1994 to 2000 responsible for much of the 1994 and 1999 elections. He led the only ANC delegation ever to visit Israel and took Nelson Mandela to Brussels.
Today is he is the CEO of Saicom, a pan-african telecommunications provider. He is also a living legend.
